Short Notice Cancellations and No-Show Policy
When an appointment is scheduled for you, that time is reserved specifically for the service you have requested. In order to avoid loss of time for our stylists and negative impact on our clients, we will now be requiring fees for late arrivals, short-notice cancellations, and no-shows. We understand that, on occasion, unavoidable situations arise and we will accommodate wherever possible on a case-by-case basis. However, we do ask that clients give us as much notice as possible when situations like these occur.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the time your scheduled appointment begins, we may be unable to perform the entire service for you, and we may have to reschedule. If you are late for two consecutive appointments, a fee based on the service type will be required to be paid before we will schedule your next appointment.
Cancellation with less than 24-hour’s notice:
We now require 24-hour notice to change or cancel your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24-hours’ notice, a $50 fee will be required to be paid before scheduling your next appointment.
In the instance of a no-show, 100% of the cost of the missed service will be required to be paid before booking your next appointment.
For new clients booking a large colour appointment (over 5 hours), a consultation is required and a deposit will be taken at that time to hold your appointment time. The deposit is non-refundable, but will be included in your service fee.
We understand that your time is valuable too. If your stylist is running more than 15 minutes behind, we commit to calling you with as much time as possible before your scheduled appointment to let you know. Similarly, if your stylist must cancel your appointment, we will give you as much notice as we can. Our mutual respect for one another’s time is critical for everyone’s satisfaction with the services we provide, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
